  • CCJ Lowell Solicitors

Hi, who can help I have a CCJ that is 5 years old but I want to pay it off and get a Certificate of Satisfaction? it's £1,500.00 but I am worried that if I contact them they may find a way to increase it. The debt was not originally with them so will they be able to issue the Certificate of Satisfaction. Has anyone out there done this and received one.
    Please help

Are Lowell the judgment holder ?

You know the CCJ will fall off the register at the 6 year point?

Have you been making payments since the judgment was awarded ? or was the original judgment for £1500 ?

Any support I provide is offered without liability, if you are unsure please seek professional legal guidance.

The original debt was with Natwest and no payments have ever been made.
A mortgage lender is saying they will lend if I pay it off the CCJ and get a certificate of satisfaction. It seems a real shame as I realise it will come off automatically in one years times.
