Lowell account closed but I'm no being sent letters.

Hi I had a provident loan debt with lowell they asked for a list of income etc and medical records. I hadn't gotten round to sending any information to them other than an email asking for time to give me time to retrieve all information. A few weeks went by and I received a letter from lowell saying tmy account was now closed they had reviewed my info and have decided to close the matter and the matter was resolved even removing defaults from my credit report. I thought that was it but four weeks later I've just received another letter asking for doctors letters and expenditure forms I thought it was all over and I'm in such a worry over this where do I stand.?id appreciate any advice thank you.
