I am trying to find out if it would be still possible to claim back our prs payments which we paid ,under duress 2017 .I say under duress because although we informed them that they had grossly overestimated our capacity, and the amount of eligible music ,they sent bailiffs to our bar who said they would take everything in the bar if we didn't pay. This was partially responsible for our eventual closure .

When you refer to "bailiffs" was this the result of judgment being entered into against you or your company or were they enforcement agents/debt collectors?

If judgment has been made against you/your company then it is probably far too late to commence looking at any claim against the PRS.
They say that a little knowledge is a dangerous thing. That being the case then I have enough to be lethal.
