Hi! Forum. I'm Mannyink. I am new to the site but excited to learn about dealing with various issues the site can help with.
I received a county court claim from the court issue by a ppi firm I used in the past. As far as I know, I settled all commission payments. I left my debit card details with them so any commission can be taken as soon as I get credited.
When I received a call from the firm that I owed them, of course I disputed it and asked for the details of the claim to be sent to me. I am still awaiting that details.
So, it surprise me to receive this claim from the court. As this is about four years ago, I have no record of the claim, how can I defend this successfully?
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated
