Hello again,
Please can you advise on the continuing frustrations please.
Solicitors dealing with my moms estate said I would have the accounts within 7 working days, that was over 12 working days ago!
last email I received Friday was they are still being put together and the final Accounts will be sent to the Executor next week and then onto myself.
a mis truth on the first communication as they obviously were never ready so I was waiting for post every day that was never going to come.
can they act like this?
why do they act like this?
what action can I take as a Residue Beneficiary to get things finally sorted?
cant believe anything they tell us, if the Executor is not pushing to have things sorted then I take it the Solicitors will be the same.
the house was sold back in November and still not finalised the Accounts.
what can I do? The stress and anxiety is all to much
how can they be allowed to just do what they like and take as long as they like?
