Hello – This is my first post.
In 2017 I ordered three adverts to be placed in a magazine at monthly intervals.
The publication invoiced these three adverts and then continued to place adverts at monthly intervals and render invoices on a monthly basis. We paid these invoices in error as the adverts were not authorised by us. The total number of unauthorised adverts amounted to 15 before we realised that we were paying for something we had not agreed to.
We challenged the final 2 unpaid invoices and received a credit note describing the credit as being for, “ad not authorised.”
In view of the fact that we actually paid 13 of the unauthorised invoices can we expect a refund for the adverts not authorised?
