  • Navigating through the court process for the first time

Hi. I've decided to take the plunge and take a local supplier to court. I believe that I have a well thought-out and evidenced case but want to make sure that I present this in the best light to persuade the supplier to settle and, if require, to prevail in court.
I am not in any way a legal expert so am hoping to glean some tips of the trade from other users of this forum.

A good case is built on good planning, spending an extra ten minutes drafting a follow up letter for example can make all the difference so take each step nice and slowly.

if you can perhaps give us a run down of the case we may be able to give you some pointers.
