Absolutely getting to the end of my patience 3rd email and still no reply
I keep getting shifted from one dept to another.
Ordered a sofa on October 7th, for £1188, the following day on the 8th it was reduced by a further amount to £959,
Called the store and they said no problem will change your finance, I missed the call and got a voicemail from the store saying your finance has been changed to £959
I went to the Sheffield store again to arrange my finance over 12 months being £79 per month, I saw the other amount and they said they have a note on the system that once it’s been delivered it will go to £959
Looked at my finance and it’s still outside the higher amount!!
I have rang the store weekly to chase this up and they say they are waiting for a cheque to be issued?
I’ve already had the wrong amount go out on my first direct debit as £99 not £79.
This has been a ongoing issue since October 2018!!!
How long does it take to make a simple change by this rate I will have paid over the price then be seeking a refund
