Good afternoon, I have tried to post this on site but it's not allowing me. Please can you advise in what I should do next. The car was VT May 2018, and I had paid well over half way mark for finance, literally only one month left to pay. But I was unable to refinance the remaining balance and had no choice but to give the car back. No charges noted on inspection document when collected. I have been getting letter but all has been quiet for a few months and now started again. I suffer with anxiety and depression and I'm close to crisis with this. I am a single parent and currently live in a caravan as i can't afford to rent privately. I work hard and don't get benefits either. Please can yoi help me.

    thank you
