Ccj registered against wrong person

Hi, please can you help? A ccj has been registered against my friend, but the ccj is actually her mums. My friend has her mums first name as her middle name, and they have the same surname, but no other similarities. My friend only found out the ccj was there when she registered with Experian last week. Experian aren’t getting back to her and her mum doesn’t seem in any rush to sort it, but my friend is panicking and rightfully wants it removing. How does she do this please. Would be grateful for any help given.
