I had an alarm system installed a month ago and was overcharged £280 on my credit card which had not been previously agreed .
After a heated discussion with the Director of the firm he said he would not service the system and will not now answer my calls! Good service - not!
I have contacted my bank, who say I have a good case to reclaim the overcharge, which is good, however I’m left with no support for the system or the app which comes with it?
I’ve also emailed the manufacturer of the system but they only seem to give technical support to the installer and their answerphone message says “contact your installer” - I wish!
How can I go about having the system removed and a full refund as I’m unhappy with the company not providing a guarantee or any service support?
