Hi, thanks for having me join the forum. I'm currently receiving an email invoice form a company seems to be called imfs.co working on behalf of JC International Acquisition. This has me totally baffled. Ive edited out reference numbers etc but the the jist of the email says:....... Creditor Name: TalkTalk Telecom Ltd Client Reference: ********* Client Name: JC International Acquisition, LLC Portal Passcode: ********** Supply Address: 13 NORTH VIEW, HAZLERIGG, , NE137DQ Contract Details: ********** , Contract Term: 0 Months, Contract Package: MVNO MEDIUM (V2)- 12M SIM

Balance Due: £80.54

We are instructed by JC International Acquisition, LLC to collect your outstanding balance. You should now make all contact with us on ************** Blah Blah Blah

I have no idea what this is about. I'm not a Talk Talk customer and I cant understand why i#m getting these demands which do look like they are from a legitimate company. Currently I'm just ignoring all contact but being sent these demands regularly. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks again.

Is that your address (must be cold at the moment!) ? They could have got your details from a tracing service and they got it wrong. But then TalkTalk haven't got the best reputation.

Write back to them denying any knowledge of the debt and they must refer it back to their client. As you have details of the alleged account a SAR to TalkTalk getting all the information they have (not) about you. Here's a template
