  • Rossendales,missed payment

Hi I am having trouble with rossendales atm, they contacted me last year to set up payment arrangements for unpaid council tax from the years 2007 -2009,I agreed to make the payments weekly,I defaulted just before Christmas as was struggling as my job is only seasonal,I emailed them and explained my circumstances but no joy,I then phoned up and said I was able to start making payments again as had gone back to work, but still no joy and wanted payment in full of just under £1500,I don't have the means to pay that.Bailiff came to my address Monday I was at work but he handed a final penalty notice to the person who was in the house at the time,he was not let in.I have been CAB today they have phoned council to try get them to take the debt back but they said no rossendales are dealing with it,she phoned the bailiff in question to see if I could start making payments again and he said no payment in full,I just don't know what to do now,I am single parent of 2 dependants, where can I go for help now it's worrying me sick!!!
