I'm in the same situation and I feel cheated and all. The crazy thing is I was naive about the whole document signing and all. Only for me to realise it's all fraud. How do I get to cancel and stop paying? Though I tried to stop the standing order sometimes in Nov 2018, they called me to tell me craps that I've got to pay and all. I suspected foul play even more when I was that why is it not on Direct debit, the lady on the other end says it's all the same. Ever since I've been struggling to pay £180 monthly. How do I get off this? I really do need help.
