I would like to find out if I could avoid paying this PCN
BP Stansted have a short limit of 30min parking on their site which I have failed to notice on that day. It was a busy Christmas (21.12) period and station was very busy plus Gatwick shut down due to a “drone attack” so everything took much longer than usualy. I have stayed there 59min. Station offers obviously refuelling(long queue), toilet(again queue), but on top of that it is more Marks & Spenser than BP. It offers a wide range of products and also a hot food and drinks. Because of that I’ve never thought that there is a 30min parking LIMIT.
Could You give me some advice please?
