Car parking fine

Sadly I ended up with a private car parking fine when I had a parking pass. I appealed against it twice and the company dismissed the appeals clearly not Looking at the evidence in my favour.
they've been very threatening and demanding money... very unprofessional. I ended up with a threatening letter to say pay up or you'll get a CCJ. It all looked a bit dodgy so sadly I didn't respond.
To cut a long story short I now have a CCJ and had to apply and pay for the judgement to be set aside to which I have a court date next month.
it's been a very stressful time not knowing what to do or understanding what I should do. I've sent my evidence off to the court but think I've missed vital information out. Can sent send more evidance to the courts?
Has anyone had experience in this? Thanks in advance

You can but it can also cost to add. Send it off as an addendum to your original defence and probably copy it to the other side if the original was also sent to the other side.

Parking companies tend not to accept appeals, it reduces the income too much. What was the defence you sent? What was on the original PCN


P.S. It's not a FINE it's no more than an invoice.

The court allowed the additional evidance and the CCJ has been set aside. Now waiting for a court date to defend myself
