Excess mileage charge

I am being charged excess mileage at the end of my 3 year lease, and want to know if I have to pay this?

If it;'s in the contract, and it probably is, then yes you have to pay it. You will have exceeded the annual mileage you stated when you agreed to the contract and that is what determined the cost of the contract.
