I started requesting lloyds for the original agreement on my credit card debt in feb 2017 since then lloyds have placed the account with 3 different DMC. On each occasion it had been assigned to a DMC i requested a copy of the original agreement. The DMC wrote back stating they would request the agreement from lloyds. After a few months they would come back saying they had returned the debt to lloyds. On the 22/11/2018 i requested the copy of the agreement directly to lloyds themselves. On the 28/11/2018 i was informed by lloyds they had sold the debt on to Intrum should i contact intrum and request a copy of the agreement . This debt is for £5185 and taken out pre 2005 no default on the account
Also i have a loan which again lloyds passed around different DMC and as with the credit card agreement they have not supplied the agreement in any form. This debt is still with lloyds and is for £5075 loan taken out 2009 no default on the account
thank you for any advice given
