  • Discharge from for non molestation order

I need to discharge the non molestation order I have out on my husband but I can’t find what form I would need to do it or a straight answer as to how much it will cost (I won’t be using a solicitor)

      Hi,
Is the non-molestation order no longer needed? Did you originally apply for the order to be made or was it made by the Court of its own accord?

If you made the original application and were worried enough to apply for a non-molestation order against your ex, are you certain the situation has changed enough to justify having it removed?

There is no fee to apply to vary or discharge the order. Although not necessary it is often sensible to prepare a witness statement explaining the circumstances and reasons why you are requesting the discharge of the order. A copy of the original order is also probably best to be included with the application.
I am a qualified solicitor and am happy to try and assist informally, where needed.

Any posts I make on LegalBeagles are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as legal advice. Any practical advice I give is without liability. I do not represent people on the forum.

If in doubt you should always seek professional face to face legal advice.
