Hello need help

Hello im the mother of a 3 year old child living in UK. I have recently started getting very cruel messages from my child's fathers latest gf posing as him spouting things I am ment to be and have done. The emails have now stopped but I want to no my legal rights and his legal rights. He is not a uk resistant he is from the Caribbean on a 6 months visitation. He has never support aour son money wise and sees him when he feels like it. It seems to be more of a vendetta from the gf than real concern for our son. There is a lot more to this story but I don't want to over when everyone.im quite shaken up about it.

I presume both of you have parental rights? He is mentioned as a father on the birth certificate?
