  • Taking creditor to court

Hi, i have an Urgent problem i hope someone can advise me on!

I have a few old credit card debts ( pre 2007) which i need to prove as invalid.

I requested a few years ago info under CCA which the debt collection agencies provided sketchy or none info.

So iwant if possible to call them to court to prove these are invalid.

The reason i need to do this is i was made bankrupt in 2015, and the accountant in bankruptcy is recognising these debts and coubting them into the final tall, i have been paying the accountants several hundred pounds per Mont h for the last few years, but they want to force the sale of my family home early next year, if i can get the court to recognise these credit card debts as invalid agreements then this will reduce my final tally and with what ive paid i should not have to be forced to sell my home!

Any help and advice gratefully received
