  • Robinson way now have documents

I have been pursued by Robinson Way/Hoist for over 18 months now and Paul Tillley asked me to send them an S78 request with a 12 day respond notice from me, which I did back in May of this year. I heard no more and got nothing back from a request direct to Barclaycard as well. This week, after 6 months, I have received a reply from Robinson way with ac copy of my original contract and a few random statements but that is all along with a statement of finance form to fill in. Paul told me to wait and see what they send back, but now I have heard that he has left the forum? Can anyone tell me the best way to act now I have until the 4th of December. to reply to them.
