  • Checking a PPI offer

Hi, I'm new to this. I have several questions
    1. When using the PPi spread sheet should I start a new sheet every time the APR changed?
    2. My claim goes from Aug.'91 to Aug. '05 when I paid off the balance of my BoS card. Does the compensatory interest carry on until the date of payment of the claim or does it terminate on the date when the PPI stopped being paid.
    3. I was left with a small positive balance on the card does this attract interest as well?

Have the lender sent you an offer that you're checking ? Have they told you how they have calculated the redress due ?

The FOS guidance on calculations is here https://www.financial-ombudsman.org....html#redresscc
