    I have had a visit today from a bailiff saying I need to contact him about an outstanding council tax bill it says if I don’t respond it will be sent back and a commital to prison will be enforced but I am waiting to hear from rossendsles about a payment plan what should I do

    Did you put forward a payment plan to Rossendales before the enforcement agent visited you today ?

    Have you spoken with the council at all ? Were you aware that the CT debt was going to a liability order?

      I assume you received a Notice of Enforcement from Rossendales and had responded before the date given and it is this you are awaiting a response to. How did you respond and if in writing are you sure they received it.

      How much is the Liability Order for from the Council?
