    They cannot attend the property, there is no debt, just an alleged debt.

    Either ignore or you could send a letter to the debt collectors stating that the debt is denied and is in dispute with their client and they should now hand this matter back to their client as required by their Code of Practise.

    Do not ignore a letter before claim, if it arrives.
