Could anyone give me guidance on how to find the original default date of a date. I have a suspicion a CCJ was obtained by a debt collection agency, Lowells (2016) after the debt being unpaid for longer than 6 year and should've been considered statute barred (2009), also I suspect the CCJ was obtained without a Credit Agreement. I have checked online site checkmyfile, but the this information isn't available, just the CCJ date
My current employer is aware of the CCJ (and the circumstances surrounding it) and they have been very supportive as they know me to be honest and trustworthy. My role hasn't changed in 10 years, but as systems tighten, I am increasingly feeling the pressure when we engage new clients, having already experienced negativity from a client who rejected me as his administrator following ID checks, this being incredibly embarrassing for not only me but my MD. I am in fear of losing my job and unlikely to find employment in the sector I have worked for 30years.
