  • Ex partner wants to take me back to court

I originally took my ex to court so we could arrange suitable visitation for our kids due to him and his gf deciding they could do what they wanted in regards to taking my children. He only showed up to 1 out of 4 hearings. Made up loads of lies to cafcass to make me look bad. I won the court order in the end because he emailed thr courts stating that he didn’t want access due to them moving abroad. I have custody of my children. He is allowed to see them but as their is no set visitation he has to ask me via email and it agreed. He hasn’t seen the kids since April which is his choice. He hasn’t spoken to them since June. Now all of a sudden I’m being bombarded with texts, social media messages threatening me and my parter. Saying I’m breaking my court order not allowing him to speak to the kids even though I’ve only had one text and email prior to this last week. His gf is bringing personal stuff into it telling my partner loads of horrible things that my ex has been telling her which aren’t true. Being absolutely vile which is why I’ve had to block them from contacting me. She even admitted that she has been sent pictures of my bfs cars etc sending people to spy on me. I’ve logged it all with the police now because this is harassment.

Anyway what i need to know is can my ex take me back to court? What will happen if he does because I already have an order and a prohibited steps order in my favour.
