  • FirstPlus claims

    Hi all,

I am a Banking and Finance Litigation Solicitor working for one of the few firms in the country that actually acts for consumers against the Banks.

My team is receiving a number of enquiries and taking on cases in relation to potentially mis-sold second charge mortgages by FirstPlus. There is a potentially urgent issue with limitation to be aware of with these claims, as claims issued past the limitation deadline become time barred and for many customers time is very quickly running out.

    Hi EJ Solicitor,

I've removed your telephone number from your post - could you please contact admin@legalbeagles.info with regards posting on the forum.

In any event, could you explain your concerns over limitation.

    Thank you.
