ParkingEye court claim

Hi everyone - I have joined this forum because I need help with a current court claim, issued by ParkingEye, and I'm in need of my defence within the next two weeks. If anyone can help, I'd be most grateful.

There is a thread on here started by CaptainChaos, who got a parking charge whilst at the very same place - Wetherspoons Posset Cup, Portishead, so I especially wanted to make contact with him to see what advice he could offer. Is there a way to contact him privately, or should I tack a request onto an existing thread?

Don't tack onto an existing thread, it causes chaos. Start your own, it will be picked up.

Is this your problem as well? Where you are waiting for the PPA to provide a defence? So the PPA are providing advice for a court case and charging for it?
