  • Apparently have a CCJ with no knowledge of debts

Hi there, I'm new here and am seeking advice following out of the blue contact in the last month by two companies advising I have debt (one call to my work number which is not widely accessible) and one via email to my personal email account. However for both these cases I am 'failing' their DPA checks but have provided all information accurately.

I am extremely concerned that I am attempting to get to the bottom of whatever this is, as have never to my knowledge not paid monies when they have been due but as I can't 'pass'the tests they are refusing to provide information on the origin of the debt.

My experian account shows no evidence of a pending or filled CCJ so I am at a loss how to move forward. The amount that has been mentioned is approx £750.

any advice on how this should be handled or the appropriate forum to discuss would be appreciated.

Have you got a claim number? If you have then try the county court centre in northampton. They may be able to identify the origin of the CCJ
