The Imposibility to claim an Epson cashback

I have tried for several hours to make a claim for a new Epson Expression Home XP-440 Printer.
The "claim" form is unobtainable, the web page is dead, nothing can be high lit or opened to fill in any claim information.
Contacting Epson is very difficult the call tends to be "lost".

Do you know the name of the promotion ? Do you have the terms and where did you buy the printer from ?

Cant see a current cashback promo for the expression range. There seems to have been one in 2014 that had to be claimed within 30 days of purchase but doesn't have the 440 listed and was, well, 4 years ago lol so guessing that's not it.
