Hi everyone,
my father in law has had people to his door trying to collect a fine from a bus lane offence in October last year.
I have moved down to Wiltshire and have been here since July last year. My car was registered to my current address and my license to my father in laws address. Only thing is I have never received any fine or correspondence for this fine otherwise I would have paid! Now it is £408 and if I don’t pay could be facing CCJ and they won’t give me the details to dispute it until it is paid.
Please can anyone offer me some advance?
