VT a vehicle

Can the finance company charge you a fee Ł130 for someone to come and inspect the car then take it away or make you take it to the nearest drop off point which for me is a 160 mile round trip, seems like another money making scheme because I am handing the car back early?
Advice if any would be appreciated
