  • Bollards

    Hi,

At my work there are parking spaces for employees. Over the weekend our landlord has erected bollards for god know what reason, however they’re not the skinny space divider ones they are the concrete ones that are a couple of feet tall and grey. I was able to reverse in to the space this morning in an attempt not to hit said bollard on the way out.

However a van had parked in front of my car so I pulled out of the space obviously trying to avoid the van, having worked there for years I completely forgot about said bollard and smushed my car in to it.
Point of post is coming I swear.

So it isn’t going to cost me the earth to fix it however the bollards are not high enough to been seen out of your window also they grey so at night you could barely see them or at any point in the day.

Where do I stand on getting this bollard removed? Or at least change to a taller or my visible post if the must have posts to seprate the spaces.

    Thanks
    kk

Where abouts are the bollard (i'm not fully understanding where abouts they are) and how what is the height of them?

Edit - sorry they are being used as car parking space dividers.

Have you raised the problem with your employer, who presumably has the contract with the landlord?
Have other employees encountered a problem?
Have you asked your employer to speak to the landlord about it?
