Hi could someone please give me some advice about Arrow and Restons

I've received a letter from Restons solicitors to regards of a debt purchased from Arrow Global , Restons state in there letter that Arrow global has referred the account to us for legal action.
I have attached copies of both recent letters with details removed.
Would someone please give me some advice on what letters i need to fill and send and to who ?

I haven't had any contact from Arrow for quite a long time and the transfer from MNBA to Arrow was in December 2011 so i wasn't sure if it had become statute barred.

If you haven't ever paid Arrow anything for this debt it is likely it is statute barred.

I would send a CCA request ( CCA Request ) to Arrow ( as it was a credit card originally it'd be section 78) and reply to Restons stating you have done so, that you don't recognise any debt to Arrow or Restons, and that the debt is statute barred. Presumably it's already fallen off of your credit file?

Thank you i'll get the CCA request sorted out and i will inform Restons that i am doing so, I've not checked my credit file in years so cant say if its still there or not.

Quick question as i don't want to make a mistake on filling the CCA Request, It mentions the "Account reference" is that the reference number from Arrow when they sent the letter ( which i think it is ) or is it the original account number from MNBA ?
