BW legal Claim Form - I wasnt driving my car at the time

My daughter picked up 3 parking tickets from country wide parking , whilst using my car. I did respond to CWP to say I wasn't driving at the time my daughter was, I didn't give them any further details ( she was in fact away travelling at the time for a year when the tickets starting coming through)..I've ignored everything since then..although I did tell BW legal in one of there numerous phone calls I wasn't driving..I have now received 3 x county court claim forms for £253 each..no idea what I should do now ?

Ignore, as yopu have found out, is not the option. Have you still got the PCNs? Post them here, suitably redacted, bit leave dates. So they do not have any details of daughter that they could use to write to her?

What are the details in the Particulars of Claim?
