I wondered if anyone could give any advice on this issue please.

I live with my fiancee and mother-in-law. I have lived here for about 10 years. Both my fiancee and mother-in-law co-own the property. As my mother-in-law and I do not get along she has threatened to go to a solicitor to get me removed from the property. Do I have any rights and could she succeeed.

Do you pay rent and have a rent book and a tenancy agreement?

No, I just contribute towards bills. My missus owns 50% of the property and pays the morgage.
