VWF voluntary termination

I have an Audi finance for my Audi th at's coming to an end almost and I have triggered the VT I have gone well over my mileage allowance around £2500 and Bca have also inspected the car and billed me for a further £900 so I have decided to buy the car from them for £7700 but they are telling me that I signed the early termination and I have said that that I won't keep the car so is there anything I can do now??

Nope, nothing you can do.

You could buy the car at auction if you knew where it was being sold but that won’t stop VWF from trying to recovering the amount from you.

I would only want to buy the car so I won't have to pay the charges otherwise I don't want to keep the car .

You don’t get to pick and choose what suits you. You should have worked this all out before you decided to exercise your right to terminate the agreement voluntarily. I’m afraid if you’ve made a bad decision that’s not anyone else’s fault but your own.

This is why you should consider all options before you go down this route.
