Canvassing off premises

Hi, I was sold finance to fund a training course in my own home which I believe was miss sold, a lot of information wasn’t give, this information would of meant the course wasn’t possible to complete, I was wondering how I can find out if Train4jobs is allowed to sell these things off trade premises
