Ccj but don’t know what for

Hi
i checked my credit file and found I have a ccj from September last year for Ł570
it hasn’t name on it but is for Ms whereas I am Mr
it is for an address I left years ago and have not had any notification or communication so don’t know what is fir

how fo I find out what it is for?
where do I stand that it is for Ms not Mr?
surely I should have been sent something before it went to a ccj

can anyone help
