Car on HP has broken we have paid over 50% of the finance agreement, the cost of repairs to get the turbo fixed is £1388. The car value present day is only £1500.
Mechanic has advised us even if we fix the vehicle that there is no guarantee that there hasn't been any damage to the engine.
What rights do I have? We no longer wish to keep the car as it's cost us so much money over the years and it isn't worth repairing. Local garages will only offer £100 scrappage!
