  • Everyday loans

I recently have made an arrangement to pay less than my monthly payment as I have been unemployed since the end of March of this year. I have kept up the payments. Last week I was due to pay by Friday. On Thursday Everday loans rang my daughter on Thursday to say they could not contact me.
this has caused great embarrassment for me as now people in my family know about my unemployment. I a stressed enough without this happening to me.Can companies do this? I paid by Friday as arranged as I had paid in the past. I am disgusted by this behaviour. I rang to complain last week but they did not get back to me. I since complained again

Did Everyday loans tell your daughter anything about why they were calling or just ask for you ?
