  • Factual evidence facts and statements letters available on case

If there is evidence available on a case as in statements banks internal statements clearly showing factual evidence facts on case and appointment card and business card of financial advisor and meeting and recommendation where best to invest part of my inheritance money from my late mothers estate and financial advisor assurance investment funds safe stating how santanders multi million pound monitoring system scans my account 24/7 and highlights any slightly unusual transactions and alerts security who contact me to check I was one making transactions and also printed brochure . So is it normal procedure for Firstly santanders head of investigations to totally ignore it was financial advisor assurance that investment funds were completely safe stating that santanders multi million pound monitoring system scans and a printed brochure stating same security safety of investment so it was santanders financial advisor assurance that account was opened and branch manager was fully aware of meeting as financial advisor was employee at my branch. I sent proof evidence But totally ignored alsoi sent evidence of meeting to adjudicator who also totally ignored facts evidence statements on case . And she obviously withheld evidence she forwarded to ombudsman to make his independent report she also must have withheld internal statements of Santander and branch manager sending emails reporting unauthorised transactions on my account and to complaints asking how this was allowed to happen without one call from security to check I was one making transactions as financial advisor assurance and printed brochure stating same not forwarded to ombudsman is this normal policy of adjudicator and Santander investigations team o knowingly withhold evidence facts statements letters which would clearly prove Santander were at fault and ombudsmans totally independent report as he try’s to put forward is totally incorrect and it’s obvious he hadn’t seen evidence on case . But his experience should have told him what adjudicator had put forward for him to make his independent report based on evidence facts clearly didn’t happen as legal people at CAB picked upon within an hour of seeing reports with evidance on case clearly show that took two years to receive three reports without a single piece of evidence or facts statements letters available on case. Clearly withheld to change the outcome of case

Would withholding evidence statements be considered as fraudulent actions knowing this would change outcome of case in court this I believe could a prosecution a fence to knowingly change outcome of case by with holding factual evidence as in Santanders own internal statements given to me by branch manager when he sent emails reporting unauthorised transactions on my account which both head of investigations and adjudicator again ignored copies I sent them .

And both Santander and adjudicator and ombudsman totally ignored rules and regulations that both parties must follow from the rule book of the fca

I still have all evidence available on my case to prove my statements are correct and I would love to have a day in court with both parties including ombudsman to justify such disgraceful actions and why evidence withheld

.ive had business accounts and loan credit debit cards and high finance loans for equipment as in £350,000 for scanner and turnover in excess of £500,000 in the 1990 for my two reprographics companies and mortgage and private accounts and wage bills of £150,000 for three imployees all accounts with NatWest for 27 years with old school bank manager who approved all my financial requirements as he new me from age 16 just starting six year apprenticeship in the reprographics graphic industry in 1975 till I sold my final company in 2007 just before another recession hit . And then had accounts with Santander Bank from about 2005 to date . 42years of bank accounts never had any problems with accounts and never had any problems with fraudulent transactions on any account or credit card or debit card and most curtainly never opened account to online bingo sites I don’t even online shop or bank and wish I hadn’t agreed to santanders financial advisor to recommend best place to invest part of my late mothers inheritance money from her estate as my other savings account has know access apart from visit to branch with passport to make transactions or payments rom account and never lost a single pound in 42years and I would still have £35,000 from my late mothers inheritance money. But in under two months after financial advisor recommended a 123account with a Visa debit card access to funds 24/7 from atms I questioned how safe my investment funds would be with card access and financial advisor clearly remember my concerns as I hadn’t been able to work since 19h March 2009 when surgeons ruptured my appendix causing Hugh amounts of gangrene spread throughout my stomach I’ve since had ten operations and weeks in hospital with infections and since only just been diecnosed with bile acid malabsorbtion causing uncontrollable diarea after surgeons removed gaulbladder in Dec 2010 so been living of my life savings and inheritance money for past en years and I’m still under specialists and hospital appointment and my branch manager and staff including financial advisor fully aware of my health issues and new investment funds safety more important than 3%interest on account so financial advisor assurance investment funds safe as santanders multi million pound monitoring system scans my account 24/7 and highlights any slightly unusual transactions and alerts security personnel who contact contact myself to check iwas one making transaction also she gave me brochure about visa debit card access which states same In print about monitoring system and so I opened account on financial assurance funds safe. Which she clearly admits it was her assurance that account was opened. And branch manager fully aware it was financial advisor at his branch count was opened and he couldn’t answer why security hadn’t contacted me once to check as account had been completely emptied in 3hrs18mins of £21,750 to online bingo site which is not slightly unusual by anybodies standards. And branch manager reporting unauthorised transactions on my account to security and complaints asking how this was allowed to happen. This was 22nd March 2014 only eight hours after last transactions occurred emptying account completely at 6.00am morning of 22nd March.

It’s now cost me £220,000of my life savings and inheritance money to survive past ten years and I’m still under hospital . And I’m now coming up sixty so it’s very doughtful I will be returning to traveling the world with Rich and famous as I was a personal bodyguard and extremely fit . And gastroenterologist told me that stress was having and causing me major health issues trying to get my investment funds back over passed four years which is why at times I’ve had to have a break as uncontrollable diarea was getting worse due to knotted caused by stress.

If you edit your posts so that they are in paragraphs that make them more readable rather than a great block of text more people might actually read them.. I gave up about a 1/3 of the way down your first post.

I'd have to agree with Ostell, it's incredibly difficult to read ( I tried to split it into paragraphs for you but failed )

                So.….
You had a savings account with your investment funds in ( Around £35k ?)

The bank (Santander ) recommended to change to a 123 account which came with a debit card.

You asked about security regarding the card and were assured any unusual transactions would be checked with you.

But over £21k was fraudulently taken by an online bingo website using your card details ( and you have never used an online bingo site )

You complained and have been to the Financial Ombudsman but to no avail.
