Hi all,
I have had this annoying thorn in my side form Smart Parking issuing me with a £60.00 charge from a car park Jan 2018,
The machine was out of order so I couldn't pay and when I received the letter through the post it stated £60.00 then I decided to dispute this with email and one telephone call as you can never get hold of them and they wrote back saying it was declined.
so now I am getting letter form DRA Zenith saying final payment and so on. But its £160.00
what are my options as they are a cowboy outfit and the general public is getting scammed on a daily basics.
