a doctor took our device

We talked with a doctor who was interested in our beauty device worth more than £5,000
She asked for a demo unit for testing and we allowed her to use it for a certain period of time. She wrote a note saying she borrowed it and will return.
After a while we contacted her to return the device. She never answer.
We know her name, mobile number, email address, but don't know her work place nor postal address.
We wonder if we can find her and claim all the hassle we went through inc. legal fee, lost opportunities.

The Medical Directory is a publication that contains entries for the majority of doctors practising in the UK. It is published by Informa Healthcare and doctors can choose to have their contact details included in the directory. Most large public libraries hold a reference copy of the Medical Directory.
