Hi all.
looking for advice / pointers on sending a fee sheet to energy suppliers after getting bored of dealing with their many errors, apparently we have a contract with these people, voluntary for gas/electric/oil etc less voluntary with the water boards. As a suppier of a goods/services is there legislation that would allow them to be countercharged for time and materials in dealing with their errors/omissions.
I feel sure this has been asked on many occasions but google was not my friend today.
