  • I resigned and then was given a letter with notice of disaplinery meeting

Hi everyone I am looking for some advice
I resigned in writing on Monday morning and was given a letter at the end of the day informing me of a disaplinery meeting this Thursday. I resigned due to my health so Tuesday I went to the doctor and was given a certificate to cover my 4 weeks notice I have now received an email saying that this meeting would be conducted over the phone on Thursday. I have not responded to this email and have no intention of answering the phone. Am I wrong I just want to leave and have nothing more to do with this woman
