In a nutshell can you apply to have CCJ set aside if paperwork ignored due to advice given. Applied for loan 2 days ago as ill and seeking medical support abroad, found out have CCJ issued Sep 17, also severely impacted husband's business as registered keeper of car.
PCN March 17, used a service to appeal on my behalf, they appealed to POPLA which was unsuccessful in April 17 but was told Parking Eye would lose in Court as they need to show a full contract and they only supplied a letter to POPLA signed on behalf of the landlord"
Im so ill and desperately need to get CCJ removed so I can get loan to receive medical treatment. Advice welcome. Please don't tell me I'm stupid for ignoring letters, I know that now. But advice came from a trusted source.
