Hi! CCA request help

    Fast forward two years and today I have had a letter of claim through from Hoist for the Egg debt - looks like moorcroft sold the debt to hoist. So I still haven’t received the original cca request that I asked for back in 2018. I haven’t paid them now since May 2018.

    Do I now ask Hoist for CCA? Will they take me to court before they even produce document?

      you can simply remind hoist that there is a CCA request outstanding and they are obliged to comply with it.
