I have wages arrestment put in place since 01/02/10 ,firstly I had an attachment schedule served on 25/01/10 with 14 days to redeem attached articles ,but £225 attachment fee was added ,hand written .Before the 14 days had expired I was served an earnings arrestment on 01/02/10 for the same debt ,by the same office ,with ammounts to pay different .The debt is still being paid ,with no indication now when it will finish, due to the new solicitors being appointed to SHOOSMITHS. and the debt being sold onto CAPQUEST INVESTMENTS LTD.I have made 4 attempts by letter and 3 by phone to request copys of original debt as ther have been no information given how much the vehicle was sold at auction and how much was credited to my account .I have sent recorded deliveries to SHOOSMITHS .They acknowleged my 1rst letter on25/08/17 saying they have requested information and be in touch NO REPLY since then .I have sent £1 cheque by reg post with letter with the usual statuary rights claim .WHAT CAN I DO .PLEASE HELP .many thanks yous do a great job
